The recreation center is available for rental

seven days a week. The rental rate schedule is as follows:

RENTAL RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

A $ 200.00 cash deposit is required

You must be current on all dues and assessments

You must be a resident within NW MUD # 10

You must be at least 21 years of age

No alcoholic beverages are allowed

Use of Pool area requires the hiring of a Lifeguard

No admittance to Pool area without Lifeguard

No more than 150 persons within the facility

No nails, staples, tape or adhesive allowed on walls

No smoking is allowed within the facility

You are responsible for any damages

stated on the recording. You will receive a call back within

24 hours to schedule the contract signing and reservation
